Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bluemountain woven shoes.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below before starting a return request.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable Items

  • Shoes that show signs of wear, including creases, dirt, or damage
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns within the US. Once your return is approved, a prepaid label will be emailed to you.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund total automatically.

Example: If you return a $79.00 item, your refund will be $67.15 after the 15% restocking fee ($11.85) is deducted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or refund.
