Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can return your shoes within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition, with the original box. Feel free to try them on indoors on a clean surface.

What We Can't Accept

Shoes that show signs of wear — such as dirt, scuffs, sole wear, or odor — are not eligible for a refund. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged.

Free First Size Exchange

Wrong size? Your first size exchange is on us. We cover shipping both ways and will email you a prepaid return label.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return your shoes. Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full item price to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges (such as Express shipping) are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Item?

If your shoes arrive defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover everything — including all shipping — and send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@bluemountainus.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply within 1 business day.
