Free U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to U.S. addresses. There's no minimum purchase. Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and P.O. boxes may take a few extra days.

Please Include a Phone Number

Our carriers may need a phone number to deliver your order. If it's missing, your shipment may be delayed.

Lost or Damaged Package?

Email us at hello@bluemountainus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos if the package arrived damaged), and we'll make it right.
