Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery may transfer to the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.
